Transitions Coaching Programme

I believe that between the ages of 11 - 19 young people transition through many stages not only physiologically but physically and psychologically.  This programme is divided into two to account for these different changes and challenges young people face. The first programme is for 11 - 15 year olds and the second programme is for 16 - 19 year olds.

 

The purpose of these 4 workshops is designed to help you to identify your values, make informed choices, become consciously aware of how you are and thereby take responsibility and manage yourself. This programme I believe, increases confidence and resilience and creates an environment where you can flourish and thrive in your family, school and friendships.
