The Association for Coaching and The British Psychological Society are professional bodies which represents the interests of the coaching and psychological profession and sets standards of ethical and professional practice to which all coaches and psychologists must adhere. As a member of these organisations, I am therefore bound to always act in the best interests of my client and am answerable to the Association for Coaching and The British Psychological Society Assessment Panel should any complaints occur.

I work very closely with a Supervisor to make sure that my work remains within the ethical boundaries set by the Association for Coaching. For this reason, within my supervision sessions, I may make reference to some of our work. However, your identity will always remain undisclosed and whatever is discussed will be in your best interests and for your benefit.

Paula Holahan Personal Coaching may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to make sure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 6th January 2020.
